Our 10-point check system

When we work on your property, we will:

1. Go over every inch of the facility — from attic to basement, from the garage to the yard — removing all junk and cleaning everything thoroughly.
2. Perform a complete physical inspection, inside and out. Like looking for broken glass, loose railings and missing steps. We will fix and bring up to code everything on the property, to avoid any chance of litigation later on.
3. Winterize heating systems
4. Check heat, AC, hot water, drainage, and toilets.
5. Check Pool: make sure it’s covered for winter (and to prevent any liability).
6. Plow and shovel every walkway and stairs, including salting everything.
7. Mow the lawn, prune the plants, and perform shrub maintenance
8. Do monthly drive-bys for empty homes to make sure things are in proper order.
9. Make sure the dwelling has power, working smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
10. Provide service people like builders, plumbers, and electricians any time, day or night.
